It has appeared that Stand up could be the 4th and last single of Cheryl Number One album ‘3 words’.
Stand Up is believed to come out on the 7th of June 2010. Stand up is also believed to be the last single off the number one album. Could this be true what are your thoughts?

Cheryl Cole decided to go all Destiny’s Child (you know, when they did that Survivors video?) when she took to the stage in Dublin last night wearing army paraphernalia for her first proper live gig since splitting from her cheating love rat of her husband Ashley Cole.
The X Factor judge – who we also spotted making her way to the concert via Heathrow yesterday – performed in front of 14,000 fans at the gig as a warm up act for the Black Eyed Peas who are currently touring the UK and Ireland.
Meanwhile it looks as though Chezza is about to solidify her split from Ashley by dropping her married name on her next CD. The singer is now planning to either revert to her maiden name Tweedy, or she’ll simply just use her first name from henceforth, you know a bit like Madonna, or Cher… or Jamelia.
So what do you think Cheryl or Cheryl Tweedy; which one sounds better slightly more acceptable out of the two?

Cheryl Cole skipped a party in her honour to comfort fellow X Factor judge Louis Walsh over the death of Gerry Ryan.
The Girls Aloud beauty missed out on a special party at Lillie’s Bordello after her performance in The O2 last night, instead opting to comfort her pal, the Herald can reveal.
Cheryl (26) was in town to support the Black Eyed Peas at two sell-out concerts last night and Saturday night and was expected to attend a party with the US band in the Grafton Street hotspot, but chose to return to her hotel, to meet up with the Mayo media mogul.
The Girls Aloud singer met with a grieving Walsh at the plush Four Seasons Hotel in Ballsbridge, where she offered him kind words of support.

Since her split from husband Ashley, Cheryl Cole’s slender figure has led to much debate.
But it seems her tiny frame isn’t simply down to a broken heart.
The 26-year-old has revealed she sticks to Eat Right 4 Your Type diet, in which she eats and avoids specific foods based entirely on her blood type.
The effects could be seen today, as Cheryl flew into Heathrow from Dublin, where she performed a 30-minute gig as a support act for the Black Eyed Peas.
Her skinny legs were highlighted by her tight leggings and strappy high heels, while even her clumpy leather biker jacket couldn’t hide her frame.
In an interview with Hello! today she admitted to watching what she eats.
‘I watch what I eat, not to stay slim but to feel good,’ she said.
‘Recently my mother told me about Eat Right 4 Your Type, in which you’re told what to eat and what to avoid depending on your blood type.
‘It has made such a difference – not so much to my shape, but to how I feel and my energy levels. Before I was like ‘energy schmenergy’ and didn’t believe it. But now I believe it 100 per cent.’
Stars including Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, Martine McCutcheon and Sir Cliff Richard have previously admitted to following the plan.
And while her fans may be hitting the gym to try and emulate Cheryl’s figure, it seems she doesn’t have to.
‘I have a really hectic schedule but it does have some health benefits – I get to work out without working out,’ she said.
‘It’s literally full-on performances back to back, and all the choreography, training and rehearsals that go into them, that’s a real workout.’
And Cheryl, currently taking a break from her band Girls Aloud, says she doesn’t deny herself her favourite treats – especially cupcakes.
‘My only trouble is that I can’t do without sugar,’ she said. ‘I think I might have some sort of sugar imbalance. Sometimes I feel like I just need a chocolate bar.
‘To be honest you can’t put yourself under that much pressure, so I don’t deny myself anything.’

Love Rat Ashley Cole could be in for a rather large ladle of his own medicine, I am ecstatic to reveal.
The philandering footballer is seething with jealousy while his wife CHERYL goes on tour with her pal and colleague, American rapper WILL. I. AM.
Cheryl, 26, is spending the whole of this month on tour as a special guest with Will’s band BLACK EYED PEAS – which means the pair will be spending a lot of time together.
Ashley, 29, knows that 35-year-old Will has a fancy for the Girls Aloud singer and X Factor judge.
And although Ash has cheated on her five times, leaving lovely Cheryl heartbroken and humiliated, he is bright green with envy.
A pal of the Chelsea and England star said: “Ashley is pretty hopeful that he and Cheryl will get their marriage back on track but he is really, really jealous that Will will be spending so much time with his wife this month.
“He knows that Will fancies Cheryl and it irritates him a lot.
“And the worst thing for him is that there is absolutely nothing he can do about it because they are working together.
Beautiful
“Cheryl would never get up to anything with Will, but Ashley is still seething.”
Will, who will be stopping in the UK for the current leg of the band’s tour, recently admitted that he thinks Cheryl is “hot”.
He said: “She’s a beautiful girl and I can’t wait to hang out with her more. I’d move to London if it meant being with her. You know what I’m saying!
“I’m going to go on stage during Cheryl’s set and sing my song Heartbreaker with her because she featured on the UK version of the song. I can’t wait.”
And having a dig at Ashley’s cheating ways, he added: “What’s that about?
“Cheryl’s too nice to be cheated on. I don’t know what he’s doing.
“If she was someone out in the clubs then I would understand it.
“But she’s not. She’s the prettiest, hottest girl. She deserves better.”
I couldn’t agree more.

Cheryl Cole has plans to officially change her surname back to Tweedy, according to reports.
The ‘Fight For This Love’ singer, who has allegedly told friends that she wants to be called by her maiden name, will unveil the new identity on her next CD, says the Sunday Mirror.
“Now she’s made the decision her marriage to Ashley is over, Cheryl wants to move on. This name change is the final thing she feels she has to do before a divorce starts moving forwards,” a source claimed.
“She’s numb about the marriage ending but knows she needs to pick herself up. Throwing herself into work is how she’s coping,” the insider added.

CHERYL Cole sent a defiant three-word message to her estranged husband on the opening night of her Black Eyed Peas tour support slot.
Take that, Ashley.
Significantly only her Christian name, emblazoned in giant letters across a screen, welcomed the Geordie lass onto the Irish stage.
It was a poignant and obvious message to one particular man in her life.
Cheered on by Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts, she began her performance by seductively saying: “There are many ways to describe me – vulnerable, alluring, diva, twisted and glamorous. My name is Cheryl and these are my three words.”
That first word was “strength”, represented by her No 1 solo debut Fight For This Love which she boxed her way through in full military garb complete with now trademark tattoo-flashing slashed trousers.
Next she crotch-thrusted provocatively to the sassy Boy Like You.
Banter was kept to a minimum as Chezza only paused to tell the whooping crowd that Dublin is “one of my favourite places in the world, I couldn’t think of a better place to start”.
Then off came the trousers to flash a pair of flesh-coloured bejewelled knickers, an apparent homage to Lady GaGa.
She swiftly covered up again to represent thematic word No 2, “femininity” in a floaty Grecian ballgown.
A complex Latin ballroom routine followed for Parachute, although there was no sign of Cheryl’s hunky dancer pal Derek Hough, who features in the video. Then the pace slowed for a beautiful cover of Owl City’s No 1 single Fireflies.
And Cheryl’s pitch-perfect voice proved all those doubters wrong.
Out came the hooded cheerleader outfits for Cheryl’s third and probably most significant word, “independence”, which she dedicated to: “All the strong ladies out there.”
Although she has been criticised in the past for miming, Cheryl sent a bold message to her critics by singing every track live in spite of her impressive and energetic Britney-style dance routines.
Stand Up brought the triumphant and cathartic set to a close and surely left one particular fella with a lot to regret.
Congratulations lady.

The ‘world’s sexiest woman’ Cheryl Cole proves she’s a real sparkler in her latest photoshoot, where she admits that even she knows ‘she’s worth it’.
The L’Oreal model says she likes what everyone else sees when looking at herself in the mirror.
Chuffed with her lot, even first thing in the morning, the confident 26-year-old says: ‘When I look in the mirror every morning, I never go yuck.
‘What I see is a successful woman doing what she loves doing and being herself.’
However, the X Factor judge with seemingly no flaws reveals that she can be ‘skanky’ at times.
‘[My] best thing to laze around at home in is a pair of pyjamas – I have been known to be a little bit skanky and wear the same pyjamas I woke up in… for like six hours’, she says.
Draped in diamante and wearing clothes by Yves Saint Laurent, Burberry and Karl Lagerfeld, Cheryl says she’s no shopaholic like rival wag Victoria Beckham.
‘I tend to shop online – mostly online, to be honest, because I actually feel the whole thing of shopping actually really stressful. Just the lighting in dressing rooms makes you depressed for some reason,’ says the Girls Aloud singer.
And following the breakdown of her marriage to footballer Ashley Cole, she says she can no longer look to the future.
‘I don’t set myself goals as in what I wanted to achieve by 2010 or in ten years – I’ve been lucky and blessed enough to achieved what I have up to now.’
